mail: sorting, opening, distributing; checking typed and word processed work,
transcribing dictation, despatching
mail. ·
Meetings:
arrangements, agendas, minutes; reception duties; travel arrangements; the
appointments diary. Effective communication. ·
Principles
of bookkeeping, sales documents, petty cash, banking, checking and passing
bills for payment, issuing cheques, records. ·
Advertising
for and recruiting office personnel: interviewing, inducting, training,
supervising and controlling. Preparing for promotion. On successfully completing this Professional Program of Study you

awarded the CIC Diploma on Admin/Personal
Assistant/Secretarial Duties. ·
Have
attained an accredited qualification at Level 4, equated to the British
National framework at the same study level as Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Vocational
Qualification (NVQ) Level 4. ·
Have
attained an accredited qualification for managerial
and supervisory levels showing you possess competence in professional work activities. ·
Have
completed a Qualifying Program towards the International Honours Group Diploma on
